IP protection is our strict bottom line. We sign a legally binding NDA before you send any CAD files. Your custom molds are physically isolated in our factory. We will never display your OEM products in our open catalog or at our exhibition booths.

Yes. If you design a custom OEM fixture, our engineering team will provide all the necessary structural drawings, material test reports, and flow rate data. We actively work with your local testing labs to help you pass CE, WRAS, or cUPC audits fast.

We do not ignore post-sales issues. If you find a defect, send us the photos and the batch number. We will check our ERP system to find the root cause, update our factory SOPs, and provide commercial compensation or free replacements based on our contract.
