We use pure Solid INOX 304 and 316 stainless steel for our faucet waterways. This material naturally contains no lead additives. It easily passes AB1953 and NSF/ANSI 372 lead-free tests without needing extra chemical treatments.

How do you prove the stainless steel grade (304/316) for customs and project contractors?

Every bulk container includes a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) from the steel factory. We also scan every raw metal batch with our own lab spectrometer (IQC) before CNC machining begins. You get the real data to prove material purity.

What certifications are required to import faucets to the US market?

To clear US customs, fixtures usually need cUPC (for mechanical safety), NSF/ANSI 61 (for drinking water), and AB1953 (lead-free). California also requires CEC or WaterSense for flow rates. Our catalog models already hold these active files.

Certification for a private label must be reviewed for the selected model, proposed brand and applicable program. We support customer branding and packaging, but the certification route is confirmed separately before ordering.

Do all models carry the same certifications?

No. Certification scope varies by model, configuration and destination market. Confirm the requirements for the specific product you intend to order.

Does ISO 9001 certify each faucet model?

No. ISO 9001 applies to our quality management system. It does not replace the product certification or market requirements applicable to a faucet.

Can I use my own brand and packaging?

Yes. We support customer logos, branded packaging and instructions for existing models. Certification requirements for the proposed brand and product configuration are reviewed separately under the applicable program.

Will a change in finish or components affect certification?

It may. Share the proposed changes before confirming the order. The effect on certification depends on the program, approved configuration and whether the change affects the covered product.

Does stainless steel alone establish certification?

No. Material grade alone does not establish certification for the complete faucet. The applicable product scope, water contact components and testing or listing requirements also need to be considered.
