Company and factory
Lanerdi is the stainless steel faucet brand of Jiangmen Anmei Industrial Co., Ltd. We operate our own facility in Jiangmen, China. Mold design and manufacturing, machining, welding, polishing, assembly and testing are handled in house. PVD and electroplating are completed by specialist partner factories under agreed specifications.
Yes. International buyers may request a factory visit or audit in Jiangmen. Contact our export team in advance with your preferred date, team size and the areas you want to review. We will confirm availability and access before the visit.
Products and customization
SUS304 is our standard faucet material. SUS316 is available when a project requires it. Components, internal waterways, hoses, cartridges and surface specifications vary by model, so we confirm the complete configuration before quotation and sample approval.
Brushed and polished stainless steel finishes are available for suitable models. PVD, electroplating and other special finishes are evaluated by project and completed by specialist partner factories. Color reference, substrate, sample approval, MOQ and lead time must be confirmed for each order.
Yes. Flow rate is configured by product function, destination market and applicable requirement. We do not apply one global value to every faucet or shower product. Send the target market and model list so we can confirm the available restrictor and test configuration.
Supply hose material, connection thread, length and certification depend on the selected model and destination market. We do not treat one hose specification as universal. The applicable hose configuration and supporting documents are confirmed during order review.
Quality and compliance
Certification applies by model, configuration and target market. Relevant finished products may hold cUPC, WRAS, DVGW, ACS or WaterMark certification. Tell us the destination market and selected models so our sales team can confirm the applicable documents during the order discussion.
We inspect materials and components, monitor production and test finished products according to the approved specification. If a product has a covered material or manufacturing defect, replacement parts are the first remedy. If repair is not reasonable, we may replace the item or agree a credit. Freight, duties and labor at the installation site are agreed separately.
Coverage is component specific. The base term is five years for stainless steel faucet and shower valve pressure bearing bodies, standard non thermostatic ceramic cartridges, natural brushed or polished stainless steel surfaces, and chrome or PVD finishes.
The base term is three years for thermostatic cartridges and painted or electrophoretic finishes. It is two years for shower hoses, pull out hoses, hand showers and non consumable plastic accessories. The five year term for continuously pressurized inlet hoses remains subject to model verification.
Coverage starts on the shipment date and includes a further six months for shipping and inventory. See the warranty terms for exclusions and claim handling.
Ordering and logistics
The standard trial order starts at 100 sets per SKU. Quantities from different SKUs cannot be combined to meet that minimum. Special colors, PVD, private molds and new development requirements are evaluated by project.
Standard samples normally require 7 to 10 working days from receipt of the customer’s payment slip. This is preparation time and does not include international transit. New tooling, private molds and other development samples are evaluated separately.
Standard mass production normally requires 35 to 40 working days from receipt of the customer’s payment slip. This does not include international transit. Special colors, PVD, private molds and new development requirements are evaluated by project.
Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation and order agreement for each project. Send the model list, quantity and purchasing requirements to our export sales team for a formal quotation.
Neutral or branded packaging can be evaluated for the selected models. Box structure, protective inserts, manuals, carton markings, pallet requirements, loading plan, shipping term and port are confirmed before production. Send your destination, packaging requirements and model list for review.
