Yes, we believe in protecting our partners’ investments. While our standard ODM catalog is open, we can negotiate regional exclusivity agreements based on your annual order volume (MOQ commitments). Once an exclusive agreement is signed for your territory, we will not sell that specific design to any other brand in your market.

Technical miscommunication is the biggest risk in cross-border manufacturing. At Lanerdi, your primary point of contact is not just a standard salesperson, but a highly trained Engineering Sales Representative fluent in English. We conduct regular video conferences (via Zoom/Teams) directly with your product managers to review 3D CAD files and ensure every tolerance and specification is perfectly understood before molding begins.

We aim for sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships. Our standard term for new clients is a 30% T/T deposit to initiate production, with the 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). As our partnership matures and order volumes stabilize, we are open to discussing more flexible financial terms, including O/A (Open Account) or L/C at sight, backed by Sinosure (China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation).

If any verified defect occurs due to our manufacturing process or component failure (e.g., a Sedal cartridge leak) within the agreed warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts or entirely new units in your next shipment.
