Standard polishing belts create uneven pressure, resulting in wavy reflections on flat metal surfaces. Lanerdi bypasses this by utilizing high-precision plano-milling and automated flat-surface lapping. • Zero-Distortion Flat Polishing: Our automated surface lapping process ensures the broad, flat faces of the brass body remain perfectly planar. This prevents the “wavy mirror” effect commonly seen on cheap square faucets, delivering crisp architectural lines.
• CNC Micro-Chamfered Edges: Absolute 90-degree sharp corners cannot hold electroplating or PVD coatings effectively, leading to peeling. We use CNC routers to cut a microscopic 0.2mm chamfer along all square edges. This ensures maximum finish adhesion (ASS 24H passed) while keeping the edges safe for users.
• Rigid Brass Supply Pipes: Commercial high-rises experience severe water pressure fluctuations. Instead of standard braided flexible hoses, the B1007 02 ships with rigid brass supply pipes. This heavy-duty hard-plumbing completely eliminates the risk of hose blowouts and water damage.
