What are the standard flow rates for your faucets across different global markets (US, EU, UK, AU)?
As an OEM faucet manufacturer, we calibrate our internal waterways, cartridges, and Neoperl aerators to strictly comply with regional water conservation codes and specific product functions. Our standard flow rates are configured as follows:
- Basin Mixers: Calibrated to 1.2 GPM (for strict California CEC compliance) or 1.5 GPM (WaterSense) for North America; 5.0 L/min for Europe/UK; and WELS 5-Star/6-Star (approx. 4.5 to 6.0 L/min) for Australia.
- Kitchen Taps: Engineered for culinary efficiency at 1.5 to 1.8 GPM (US/Canada); 8.0 to 10.0 L/min (Europe/UK); and WELS 4-Star/5-Star (AU).
- Shower Systems: Optimized for performance and eco-compliance at 1.8 GPM (CEC) up to a maximum of 2.5 GPM (US federal standard); 9.0 to 12.0 L/min (Europe/UK); and WELS 3-Star/4-Star (AU).
- Bathtub Fillers: Equipped with high-flow cartridges to ensure rapid tub filling. These are typically unrestricted or engineered to deliver ≥ 5.0 GPM (US) or ≥ 20.0 L/min (EU), depending on the incoming water pressure.
Note: We can fully customize flow restrictors based on your brand’s specific project requirements or LEED certification targets.
