What quality control (QC) systems and testing protocols do you implement?

Quality is non-negotiable. Lanerdi operates a strict ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. Before assembly, every finish batch undergoes 24H Acid Salt Spray (ASS) and cross-hatch adhesion testing in our internal lab. During final assembly, 100% of our faucets are subjected to rigorous high-pressure air and water burst testing to guarantee zero micro-leaks and full compliance with global plumbing standards (cUPC, CE, WRAS, ACS, DVGW, WaterMark).
