- ERP Batch Tracking: Our ERP system logs raw materials, CNC shifts, and assembly details. If a defect happens, we use this data to find the exact batch and isolate the issue fast.
- CAPA Protocol: We use Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) for any reported errors. Our engineers review the workflow and update our SOPs. This prevents the same issue in future orders.

In-House Laboratory & NPI Validation.
We use our own lab to test new OEM designs and daily production. We push materials to their limits before mass production starts.

We use spectrometers to scan raw metal batches. This checks the exact chromium and nickel levels for INOX 304/316 standards. Bad alloys are rejected before CNC machining.

High-Pressure Hydrodynamics
Test stations push high-pressure water through the faucet body. This finds the physical burst limit and spots weak points in welds or threads.

Mechanical Lifecycle Rigs
Machines repeatedly open and close the internal cartridges under water pressure. This tests the friction and long-term wear of the moving parts.

We check the quality at four specific steps to keep our output stable.

We check all raw materials and parts when they arrive. We scan the INOX 304/316 steel to confirm its purity. We also measure the cartridges and aerators to make sure they match our exact drawings before assembly.

IPQC checks the parts while the machines are running. We measure the threads and water channels of CNC parts. On the assembly line, supervisors check the tools and make sure every piece fits correctly.

Controllo qualità finale (FQC)
We test every assembled faucet before packing. We run high-pressure air and water through the units to find any leaks. Workers also check the surface under bright lights to find scratches or bad PVD finishes.

Controllo Qualità in Uscita (OQC)
Our team does a final random check before shipping. We open packed boxes to check the labels, foam packing, and plating thickness. This makes sure your bulk order is exactly what you paid for.

We hide nothing. You can hire SGS, TÜV, or Intertek to check your goods before shipment. We will open our production lines and test reports for your inspectors to see.
