We check all raw materials and parts when they arrive. We scan the INOX 304/316 steel to confirm its purity. We also measure the cartridges and aerators to make sure they match our exact drawings before assembly.

IPQC checks the parts while the machines are running. We measure the threads and water channels of CNC parts. On the assembly line, supervisors check the tools and make sure every piece fits correctly.

We hide nothing. You can hire SGS, TÜV, or Intertek to check your goods before shipment. We will open our production lines and test reports for your inspectors to see.

We use standard AQL sampling before shipping. For wholesale orders, we use AQL 1.0 for major function issues and AQL 2.5 for small visual marks. We will send you a full QC report to check before we load the container.

We use PVD or electroplating for all colored parts. We put samples in salt spray machines to see how long they resist rust. We also use cross-hatch tools to scratch the surface. This proves the color will not peel off in daily use.

We scan all new metal batches with a spectrometer. This machine checks the exact amount of chromium and nickel. If the metal is not pure INOX 304 or 316, we reject it. Bad material never reaches our CNC machines.

We use the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) method. If you find a bad product, send us the batch number and photos. Our team uses ERP data to track the exact production day. We find the root cause, fix our SOP, and send you replacements based on our contract.
